This package arrived Tuesday morning, 3 days ago, in Delaware. It was signed for by somebody there. I have not received any notification and it does not show up in my account when I check online.
Can you make sure this has not been misplaced?
I have always received a notice immediately and my packages have always been sent onward within 24-48 hours, usually the same day.
Thank you,
Jim Frankenfield

Dear Jim,
As we checked on post`s web https://www.fedex.com/en-ge/home.html [www.fedex.com], purcel with tracking number 774098836530 has “Delivered” status on 29 June and it ws signed by W.JUSTIN.
Based on the document, the parcel is not delivered to our office because it does not indicate the signature of our employee (Jclemonds or ZZ). We will pass your question on to the US Office staff. Our team will contact all warehousing companies located near our office.
Please also send us the parcel purchase document invoice / order so that we can find more detailed information if the parcel identification process is complicated.
With best wishes.

Hello and thank you for your response.
I would appreciate it if anyone in the US can check nearby entrances or neighbors for this misdelivery. I filed a claim with FedEx on July 3 but I called today and it is not clear if they are doing much to locate the package or W. Justin who signed for it.
I am not sure what else I can send that would help. It is a personal package sent from Sparks NV by a friend with a label I purchased online. There is no product invoice. It is a FedEx flat-rate box with the tracking number below.
Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.

Dear Jon,
We would like to inform you that purcel with tracking number 774098836530 does not fix in our system.
Let us follow the procedures together: Please contact the supplier and request a document signed by the consignee – proof of delivery, which states the exact address of delivery and the signature of the person who received the parcel, we already pass your question to the US office staff. Our team is contacting all warehousing companies located near our office.
Please also send us the parcel purchase document invoice / order so that we can find more detailed information if the parcel identification process is complicated.
As soon as you receive a “proof of delivery” document from the online store / supplier, please let us know so we can act accordingly.
With best wishes.

[This was a message from a FedEx investigator from the Philadelphia office. I returned this call and was told he had gone to the usa2georgia facility along with the delivery person for the route. They identified the person who signed and when they were asked about “W JUSTIN” they suddenly forgot how to speak English and disappeared. The manager refused to review the in-house video with the investigator but said he would call him later. He never did.
The investigation showed that the package was delivered properly and that the signor used a fictitious name. I believe FedEx also has GPS and video data of their own. This was not the first investigation of this facility.]

Hello,
I spoke with a security investigator for FedEx today and according to his investigation so far you may have serious problems in your US warehouse.
He went there in person and tried to verify the names of the people receiving packages. It appears as though they are not signing with their real names. I filed complaints about FedEx based on your claim that W JUSTIN does not work there. They also have video but refused to allow him to view it.
According to the FedEx records, probably including GPS data, the package was delivered there as reported. The driver has been on that route for at least a year and delivered many other packages on the same day.
He apparently spoke to some guy, or was referred to him, named Igor. Assuming that is his real name. He is waiting to hear back from that man.
The investigator is xxxxx and his number is xxx-xxx-xxxx, he is in the Philadelphia office and drove to your facility from there. I will follow up with him next week after Igor has some time to respond to him.
If xxxxx is correct in what he found so far you may have a serious problem in your operation there. If my package was delivered on June 29 then the question is why it was not registered, where it was since then, and why it was signed for in a name which you claim does not match any employee.
I hope that on your end you will investigate this thoroughly. I have used usa2georgia for 7-8 years with few problems. I only remember one package that was registered as on its way here and took a very long time. In that case as soon as I asked it appeared the next day. That was a few years ago and more likely on the Tbilisi end. And it was my only other problem.
Jim

I will gather documents showing that this item was recently purchased, however it was not sent by a seller. It was sent by a friend on my behalf as a personal package. He inspected the computer and I printed the label for him to send it to you. Upon inspection he found it to be in excellent condition and my purchase was final at that point. He is a retired computer scientist who can verify this.
What is your specific concern about fraud here? This is a personal package sent by me to me. FedEx has investigated and it was delivered to somebody at usa2georgia.
Nobody else has made any claim about anything. You received a package of mine and after being signed for (apparently with a false name) it has gone missing.
Can you tell me where this has been since June 29 when it was delivered into your custody?
Do you know where this package actually is?
And who is W JUSTIN who signed for this but who you claimed does not work there?
Thank you for anything that would straighten this mess out. I really do need this package which was delivered to you on the 29th of June. I have also still been talking to investigators about this matter and would like to be able to have the story of all parties straight.

Dear Customer,
Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience created. Once you have fixed the parcel reflection problem, our entire team is involved in the search process. However, unfortunately, the parcel has not been sent yet. A certain amount of parcels can be sorted at the US office. Which we are constantly working on and is sent in stages.
Because to offer you the best service, if we can not find the parcel within 14 days, the company supports you and is ready to reimburse the paid amount fully.
The company USA2GEORGIA has been operating since 2009 and serves hundreds of thousands of customers. As of today, we have brought more than 7 million parcels to Georgia. Up to 10 company branches and more than 30 locker locations, a 24-hour call center, and a strong management team are at your service. Despite the complexity of the problem, we guarantee that in the event of a fix like this, which will hopefully never happen again, the company will stand by you and never leave you without support !
Sincerely
[This was 19 days after the package was delivered to them. As of August 30, two months after delivery, I have still not received my package or any compensation. I know you close tickets automatically but I would like to remind you that this issue has not been resolved. My package was delivered to you on June 29, as FedEx has proven. It was signed for by “W JUSTIN”. I still have no information on where this package is or what will be done about it.
At this point I have established that quite a few other people have been told their packages were not received when Amazon insisted they were delivered. So something is clearly not right here. This situation may warrant a legal investigation but I am still collecting information. In the meantime I would prefer to get my package asap.

This is not true, he did not stop the package. I have spoken to their investigator from Philadelphia a few times. He came to your facility in person because you claimed the package was not delivered by them.
The investigator found that the package was delivered properly to you. He also found that the signature “W JUSTIN” was a fictitious name used by one of your employees. You then tried to claim the package was not delivered by FedEx.
There is no purchase order related to shipping. This did not come from a seller, it is a personal package. I printed and paid for the label and a friend sent it for me.
Do you have the contact information for whoever at FedEx stopped this? I will clarify this with the investigator if this is in fact true.
In the meantime I have shared my experience on Facebook and I have found that numerous other people have been told their packages were not received despite the sender having tracking showing it was. So it seems this is a widespread problem that deserves the attention of the authorities in the US.
Can you say with certainty that you actually have this parcel in your possession?
Can you clarify who the signor “W JUSTIN” is?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Any request to stop a parcel would have gone through his office. He has already investigated a month ago. They delivered the parcel and at that point they have no interest is stopping it.
FedEx does not appreciate being blamed here and they will be discussing the matter with their attorney.
FedEx has not asked you to hold anything so please deliver my package asap.

The invoice for the computer which was shipped and then lost or stolen. It was purchased on ebay, however neither the seller nor ebay had any connection to your service. It was shipped to Nevada to John xxxxxxxxxx who is a retired computer engineer. After John inspected and tested the computer he sent it on to me. Feedback was left on ebay and that transaction was problem free and unrelated to you.
Next is the FedEx charge on my credit card bill for the shipping from Nevada to you. I paid for this label and sent the pdf to John and he shipped it. The FedEx tracking records show this was properly delivered to them, and that they then delivered it to you.
The last document is my TBC banking information.
If you need to verify any of these things I can arrange for you to contact John xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, or if necessary the FedEx investigator in Philadelphia. Let me know if this is necessary.
Thank you,
Jim Frankenfield

THIS WAS NOT SENT AS A PURCHASE, IT WAS A PERSONAL PACKAGE. THIS HAS BEEN EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES.
I did send the invoice for the original purchase of the item. We disabled it temporarily before sending it to you and therefore claimed a lower value. You can ask W JUSTIN about this, he/she will find it will not function unless I receive it and re-enable it.
I explained in previous emails that the ebay purchase was sent to Sparks Nevada and not to you. The computer was then sent as a personal package from John
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx using a label I paid for and printed.
The original seller, and ebay, have nothing to do with your service. I included the purchase invoice to show the price of the product purchased from them. John xxxxxxxxxxxx inspected it and ran diagnostics on it before sending it to me.
This was all explained in the previous email, and before that as well. Please read that entirely and please check all 3 attached documents to that. One shows the purchase value, one shows the shipping cost from NV to you, and the last is my bank information.
The invoice I sent shows the value of the item you lost. I will be happy for whatever amount you will refund given that it was stolen or lost while in your possession. I will also update my webpage about this matter to reflect whatever you do, as well as the discussions on Facebook.

This is a follow-up to my email just sent, which responded to your questions.
First, I have resented your implying that I could be involved in any scam against you or trying to cheat you. I have been a customer for over 7 years. All I wanted was for my personal package to arrive here.
On Facebook it seems like other long time customers have also had similar problems recently. Like me they have a long history of good service which has been destroyed in recent months.
Second, you can do what is right or you can continue to try to blame others. First you blamed FedEx for mis-delivery, which was not true. Later you claimed you were holding the package at their request, which was not true. (That also implied that you have the package, which there is no evidence of.)
Third, I had to buy another used computer for a similar price. I had to send that one to John xxxxxxxxxx also for testing and inspection. (Returning anything from Georgia is too hard so I need to make sure it works.) Now that one needs to be sent here, which for obvious reasons will be with a different service. In addition to this theft/loss costing me over 200 USD it has also cost me over 2 months in time. I cannot put a money value on that.
Finally, I continue to find it very disturbing that your employee apparently signed with a false name. And then forgot how to speak English when the FedEx investigator arrived. Furthermore your manager there refused to review your security video and never called the investigator back. So this still does not appear to be simply a lost item.

Conclusion – Within a week or so of the last message above usa2georgia did reimburse the value of the computer, deposited into my TBC account. I believe they also covered the FedEx shipping cost although I am not certain anymore. If they had promptly located the package and I received it a bit late I would understand. That happens, I had it happen before but only once in about 7 years. If they would have handled the loss effectively I would not be so unhappy with them either.
It turns out that quite a few people have lost Amazon packages. Amazon just says the item was delivered but won’t provide any proof or investigate. Then usa2georgia asks for a receipt, proof of delivery, and some kind of proof that the purchaser never reversed or cancelled the original transaction. This is enough to deter most people from pursuing anything, which is the result reported by people in that situation.
Just because this system worked for you for a long time does not mean it is free of problems. As of summer 2021 they clearly have many problems. Whether or not they have sorted out staff issued in DE is unknown. Clearly they don’t lose everything so you may continue to be lucky. On the other hand if you are not you will be deterred from doing much about it and will need to be very persistent and lucky to get any compensation.
And yes, they do offer some kind of insurance for an additional fee as somebody pointed out. However, this is for loss or damage once they admit they have the item. It should cover any damage in transit here. It will not cover cases where they sign in an apparently fictitious name and then claim they never saw your package.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is obviously scam from USA2GEORGIA side. Unfortunately, currently, I have the same case with package sent via USPS… How unfortunate I didn’t find this page before…
